Assessment levels

Level 1 — Walk-Through Assessment.   
Utility bill analysis, site walk-through, benchmarking against comparable facilities using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Identifies the highest-priority areas and quantifies rough savings potential.

 

Level 2 — Energy Survey and Analysis. 
Detailed system-by-system survey of mechanical, electrical, and building envelope. Engineering calculations for each Energy Efficiency Measure. Simple payback, ROI, and implementation cost for each recommendation. Structured to give your team the technical and financial basis for informed decision-making.
 

What you receive

1) Utility benchmarking against ENERGY STAR and comparable peer facilities.

2) Prioritized list of Energy Efficiency Measures with savings estimates and simple payback.

3) Level 2 includes estimated savings, simple payback, and implementation cost to support your internal planning process.

4) Written assessment report, reviewed by a licensed Professional Engineer.
